[ncc-announce] [service] LIR Portal / Document Management Issue Resolved

Dear colleagues,

The problem with our document management system has been fixed and we 
have already started processing requests that were delayed.

While we have solved the issue and repaired the affected documents, we 
are planning further work to strengthen the system as a result of this.

This will take place as part of our ongoing maintenance and any downtime 
will be announced in advance.
