Hi, That's the model we want to see too and we vote for sure ! We think punish people who own multiples asn is counter productive and always strike loud on small isp / non proofit. It can have a real negative impact on net neutrality (required by icann, to maintain your RIR status) by reducing the 'sponsoring' offer possibility.
