Thanks for reminding. I've missed to recall this change in the direct relationship arrangement as well as the fact ripe-518 is updated by ripe-569 to reflect it. Mea culpa. The policy ripe-452 (final 2007-01 proposal) doesn't elaborate on the means of establishing a direct contractual link between the End User and the RIPE NCC. Thus no obligation for RIPE NCC to ask or receive RIPE community support for a change in the policy aspect implementation. My appologies to Nick and Daniel. Martin
