Hi, Just a small note: 2019-03 is not about "anti-spam", it's about "hijacks". (if some people are not able to abide by the RIR/registry work, then why they need to be part of it?) As far as we authors have been told, the doubt was really between the anti-abuse WG and the routing WG.
