I know Payam since many years ago. He is a highly talented engineer who's been into internet governance issues since he was a student in Sharif University cooperating with Sharif Uni.'s IT Center. He has a brilliant history of management in Shatel (as Chief Quality Officer,CQO), the largest private sector ISP in Iran which includes and not limited to: managing a big team in Quality Management Dept. Advising Technical team, Advising Top Management in Strategic decisions.
