Reason for nominating the candidate: 
 All - it has been my pleasure to work alongside Billy as he diligently worked through numerous difficult issues with the database & accountability working groups over the last half dozen years. I can say without reservation that he has the temperament and intellect to build a consensus driven Board to enable the RIPE NCC to navigate the upcoming challenges that come along with the growth of members and the pressing concerns of services to members. 

I wholeheartedly recommend Billy to be elected to serve the RIPE NCC members to the Executive Board.
