 Sergey is well known person in Russia internet segment. He live in Czech Republic now but still provide support for all Russian spoken LIR community which is include many ex-USSR country's and of course Russian Federation too. He also has good knowledge with English and Czech languages and can help to people who has not enough knowledge of foreign languages. He frequently join to RIPE meeting as well as other internet event's. He has active position and own mention on LIR activity and ready to improve all aspects of LIR's.  He will good choice for community.
