<div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1430668032630_80300">-then 12 months to deploy to all independent resources</div>

is to add a fourth way to document it. All the old ways ("abuse-mailbox:" in 5 object types, IRT and remarks) are still littered throughout the database.</div>
