BSI is home of the national CERT and one of the main distributors of abuse reports in Germany. Though I am not part of the CERT itself, my job involves establishing contacts to internet operators and discussing current topics of interest. This - from time to time - includes discussions on abuse handling, e.g. how ISPs relay our abuse reports to their customers. Some of you may know me or at least have seen me at a RIPE meeting of which I attended most since RIPE62. If you as a working group do not have any objections, I would be happy to support Brian and Tobias.
