OK, so I'm trying to helpfully take the survey, but...<br>

Right away I hit a snag, probably caused by my own geeky but strong<br>
tendencies to (a) take everything literally and (b) make everything<br>
that is simple complicated (by over-thinking everything).<br>

The survey asks if I am happy with "RIPE Database".<br>
<br>
Is that in reference ONLY to the web-based interface to that? Because<br>
I don't use the web interface at all, preferring to use traditional<br>
port 43 queries instead. On rare occasions when I want/need to show<br>
some Windows weenie something in the WHOIS, I *do* direct *them* to use<br>
the web based interface... because that's one hell of a lot simpler<br>
than trying to explain to them how to use telnet to port 43... but<br>
other than that, I never even use the web interface.<br>

So should I just vote "N/A" on that question, even though I am mostly<br>
happy with what I can get from the traditional port 43 interface?<br>
