this was discussed in the address-policy working group many, maaaany<br>
times. Please read the list archive for all the arguments and<br>
counterarguments. There is simply no way to change the fact: We're OUT<br>
of IPv4.<br>

Maybe an RIPE archivist wouldn't be such a bad idea after all.<br>
