<p>Never.<br /><br />In the agreement you undersigned with RIPE it's clearly specified:<br /><br />>Article 11 – Governing Law<br />>11.1 All agreements between the RIPE NCC and the Member shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Netherlands.<br /><br />So, it's YOU to be required to respect NL law.</p>
<p>If NL law is in contrast with the law of your own country, it's an issue of yours, not of RIPE.<br /><br />Regards</p>
