<p>Thanks for clarification.</p>
<p>The main meaning or/and idea of my question was that they don`t
think about that they DO NOT participate in RIPE community but
condemn it`s decision.<br>

<p>And I tried to explain that always necessary need to consider the
issue from all angles and to understand that if you want something
you need to do something. <br>
</p>
In our case "something" is to participate when such decisions are
made and/or suggest other ways to resolve the problem. <br>
<font size="-1">I will remind problem: IPv4 ended, IP`s still
needed, no not used IP`s returned</font><br>
And not just write "Hey, RIPE, your decision is bad".<br>

Going to RIPE meetings is not something absolutely necessary to
"change the rules", because the PDP and all related discussions
really happen on working group mailing lists.
