Why would you just assume they do? Somehow you've decided that RIPE owns the IP ranges and we (LIRs) just get to borrow them from RIPE and therefore leasing a legitimately acquired block to someone else that needs it is forbidden or something. All that is completely false. Apparently has /22 blocks they would like to rent out, surely unused blocks should be in Ripe's hands, not profiteers? just a thought and how they gained the email address too. Anybody else had this?
