Dear colleagues,<br>

As of February 2013, the RIPE NCC has contacted more than 23,000
Provider Independent resource holders as part of the implementation
of 2007-01 "Contractual Requirements for Provider Independent
Resource Holders in the RIPE NCC Service Region".<br>
<br>
Out of a total of 34,000 resources, we have resolved over 21,000 so
far.<br>
<br>
In Phase 3, the RIPE NCC is directly contacting End Users that have
not yet signed or provided an agreement with a Sponsoring LIR or the
RIPE NCC.<br>
<br>
We have also improved our internal procedures to resolve resources
more efficiently.<br>
