Members who register for the GM will receive links to participate and vote remotely on 13 May. Please note that if there are questions you would like the Executive Board to answer at the General Meeting, you can email them to <a href="mailto:agm@ripe.net" class="">agm@ripe.net</a> by 12:00 UTC+2 on 11 May. We will collate them and present them at the General Meeting in addition to the questions asked during the GM. At this GM, you can vote on three resolutions: - The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2019 - The General Meeting discharges the Executive Board with regard to its actions as they appear from the Annual Report 2019 and Financial Report 2019 - The General Meeting approves the adoption of the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2021 You can also vote in the Executive Board election to fill three seats.
