I think this is a spectacular failure and should have never entered the PDP, but if at all, it should have been APWG as Denis pointed out. Besides, I've stated often enough that I support the idea, so, no, I will not satisfy bureaucratics here by repeating it once more. Let the proposal fail if the lawyers want it that way.
