There's a reason why this is called 'OpenIPMap' and not 'OpenRDNSMap' :-)

Ultimately, we want to geolocate IPs, using multiple sources of information
(DNS, user input, IXPs, rtts, ground truth, triangulation, crystal balls, ...)
