[OpenIPMap] Measuring countries and IXPs with RIPE Atlas

We published this article on Monday about measuring IXPs and countries
with RIPE Atlas:

A key part of this work is the ability to get geolocation information
for traceroutes, which is done with OpenIPMap.

One thing where the ixp-country-jedi code could be improved is the
interaction with OpenIPMap. Currently it only reads data from
OpenIPMap, but allowing for correction mechanisms based on data coming
of traceroutes between probes in a given country is one possible
improvement that I'd be interested in exploring further.

So a big big thank you to all who've submitted data, and all that keep
submitting data! We're at over 30k hostname/IPs now that we have
mostly good quality data for.
