Dear colleagues, The policy proposal 2017-03, "Reducing Initial IPv4 Allocation, Aiming to Preserve a Minimum of IPv4 Space for Newcomers" has been withdrawn. The proposal is archived and can be found at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/archived-policy-proposals/archive-policy-proposals/ Reason for withdrawal: The proposers felt unable to create a second draft that addressed conflicting objections.
