including design, analysis, specification, verification, implementation, and performance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">We welcome you all to attend IEEE ICNP 2021, which will be held as a virtual event on November 1-5, 2021. On November 1, we will have five workshops running in parallel
starting 7AM Pacific Time. Between November 2-5, we will have the main conference between 7AM and 12PM Pacific Time.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">The main conference technical program will include a keynote talk by Prof. Donald Towsley of UMass. Amherst; 10 technical paper presentation sessions; and a poster and
demo presentation session over the four days (November 2-5).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:black">Thanks to generous donations of our sponsors including Cisco, Juniper, and the UTD CS Department, we will have a nominal registration fee for all attendees. In addition,
thanks to a generous donation of the IEEE TCDP, we offer student registration awards for a large number of student participants of ICNP to attend the conference free-of-charge.
