[atlas] ICMP error codes in measurement results

Hi Marco,

I assume the pretty-printing part is simply not implemented for ICMPv6.

"Unrecognized error codes are represented as integers" [0]

And the err field is also set to code 6, here [1] so everything seems in order.
Maybe Atlas will add better printing support for ICMPv6 in the future :)
