My probe was shown as disconnected while the LEDs on the
device indicated otherwise. After performing a power cycle
it's not reconnecting anymore.<br>

We're having some issues with our backend system which explains
these problems. We're currently processing the backlog of messages
and your status should hopefully soon(ish) be correct again. As
always, no data is being lost, it's just processing more slowly.<br>
