[routing-wg] stepping down as routing-wg co-chair & transition

Hi all,

The "Routing WG Chair Selection Process" [1] suggests chairpersons at
some point step down to allow for new candidates to step up. Having been
a co-chair of the Routing WG for over 3 years, I think the upcoming
RIPE86 meeting will be a good time for me to step down to make room for
new people! It's been a lot of fun, thanks to you all.

If you're interested in helping organize the Routing WG sessions at RIPE
meetings as co-chair together with Paul and Ignas, please reach out to
routing-wg-chairs at ripe.net for more information. I'll set aside time to
help with a co-chair transition.
