i already tried google's Report IP problems but since it does
not accept ip range and i have like too many ip blocks its
impossible to put ip by ip and single ip to fixthe problem that
way, and google/ncr is impossible since its too hard to explain
too thousands of end user to open <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.google.com/ncr" target="_blank"
rel="nofollow">www.google.com/ncr</a> instead of <a
moz-do-not-send="true" href="http://google.com"
target="_blank" rel="nofollow">google.com</a>
